New Publication EquiManagement Offers Business Solutions for Equine Practitioners

August 7, 2009 -- A new quarterly publication from the Equine Network, EquiManagement, will help veterinarians make good business decisions.

August 7, 2009 — The Equine Network announces the release of its newest publication, EquiManagement: Business Solutions for Equine Practitioners, a quarterly resource for veterinarians. Each issue includes valuable insights into office management, maintaining financial stability and other topics vital to sustaining an equine practice. In addition, the winter issue of EquiManagement will include “Equine Research Highlights,” an annual compilation from the Medical Front department of EQUUS magazine.

As horse owners are committed to the well-being of their horses even in times of economic uncertainty, veterinarians need to provide quality care that is affordable. Dependable, accessible management practices are essential to providing such care. EquiManagement, edited by Emily Esterson, is dedicated to helping veterinarians make good business decisions, decisions that will allow them to provide horse owners with quality care for their horses.

“The Equine Network is looking forward to providing equine veterinarians with information that will assist them in their practices. This is an extension of our commitment to improving the quality of life for horses, horse owners and horse professionals,” says Equine Network Vice President and Group Publishing Director Susan Harding.

EquiManagement will be mailed to all members of the American Association of Equine Practitioners (AAEP) with their September and December issues of EQUUS. In 2010, the magazine will be published quarterly and will continue to be sent with issues of EQUUS to AAEP members.
